What causes tooth sensitivity?
The most common cause of tooth sensitivity is excessive mineral loss, also known as demineralization. Many foods or drinks can cause repeated acid attacks on our enamel, and important minerals are lost. When teeth lose minerals, they can become very sensitive. Continued mineral loss with sensitivity can be a sign of early decay. Bleaching teeth can also cause sensitivity. NewEnamel supercharges the remineralization process for strong, healthy enamel. Other causes of sensitivity, such as a cavity or a cracked tooth, merit a visit to a dental professional as directed.
Who gets sensitive teeth?
Sensitive teeth can happen to anyone at any age. People who frequently snack are at-risk for sensitive teeth. Also at-risk for sensitivity include those who frequently consume any of the following: foods or drinks containing sugar and starches; acidic foods such as apples, citrus fruit, berries, kiwis, or tomatoes; drink acidic beverages such as coffee, wine, fruit juice, energy drinks, or sports drinks. Wearing braces, or other oral appliances can lead to sensitive teeth. Taking daily medications, frequent periods of “dry mouth”, or ineffective dental care habits can also increase the risk of sensitive teeth.
Can tooth sensitivity be cured?
There are effective treatments for the most common form of tooth sensitivity. The NewEnamel system features high quality prescription-strength products to maximize remineralization. When key minerals (such as calcium, phosphate, and fluoride) are supplied during remineralization, tooth sensitivity can be significantly reduced. Over-the-counter products may not have sufficient levels of active ingredients. For example, Sensodyne toothpaste often uses ingredients that mask sensitivity, but doesn’t provide prescription-strength remineralization. The NewEnamel system offers the highest levels of enamel repairing ingredients. The NewEnamel system reduces common tooth sensitivity, and even reverses early decay. For best results, consult a dental professional as directed.

What Our Clients Are
Saying About NewEnamel
…my home care routine is simpler…It’s a marvelous system.
I grew up in England, and I’ve suffered from tooth decay all of my life. I have fillings or crowns on almost all of my teeth. I’ve had a few teeth removed, and replaced with expensive dental implants. My dentist, Dr Fernandez, introduced me to this new protocol, and I have faithfully followed the instructions and used the prescription products. For the first time in my life, I am now cavity-free! I’ve had repeated dental exams without any new decay. As my dental health improved, my home care routine is simpler and I need fewer products. It’s a marvelous system.
…now the cavities have stopped.
I was developing so many cavities, and my teeth needed fillings. My dentist gave me the special toothpaste, and now the cavities have stopped. I’m glad I won’t have to have a lot of fillings like my Mom.
…avoided the root canal…now I have better check-ups!
Tooth decay was a real problem for me, and I was in danger of needing a root canal on top of all my other dental problems. After following the NewEnamel instructions and using the prescription products, I avoided the root canal, and now I have better checkups!
…two years later (after braces)…I’m cavity-free.
After my braces came off, the x-rays showed a bunch of dark spots on my teeth that meant I might need a lot of fillings. The dentist showed me how to take better care of my teeth with the NewEnamel toothpaste, varnish, and mouth rinse. The dentist has been checking my teeth, and two years later, I’m cavity-free. My mom is a dental assistant, and she is so happy my teeth are healthy.
…and now my teeth are pain-free!
My teeth were very sensitive, and it hurt to eat or drink cold things. My previous dentist sent me for a root canal evaluation, but the Dentist couldn’t find the problem. I went to yet another dentist who prescribed the NewEnamel system, and I felt the improvement very quickly. I didn’t need a root canal, and now my teeth are pain-free!
Before…I was spending a fortune on my teeth.
Before the NewEnamel system, I was spending a fortune on my teeth. I needed root canals and crowns, and the decay would not stop, even though I brushed my teeth and flossed. I even had to have a tooth pulled. Now, after I have followed the (NewEnamel) system, I’ve been cavity-free for over 3 years! I will never use any other toothpaste again.
